This series of paperbacks was characterized by applying a color gradient in the jackets’ backgrounds. I had airbrushed a gradient image from which lithographs of all the covers could be made by horizontally sliding the image for each take. As a result, the color gradient was also visible on the spine when the books stood next to each other on the shelf.
